How to change the subject of the lead notification email

Would you like to change the subject of the emails received in your inbox?


Here's a step-by-step guide on how you can do that within the platform.


  1. Access the integrations page and click on "Edit" for the Email integration
  2. Click "Continue" in the Email block
  3. The default option is already selected, so click "Next"
  4. Select the flows for which you want to have a customized email subject
  • Simply write the email subject you wish to use


There you go! You have successfully changed the email subject.
