How to change the positioning of your assistant to avoid conflicts with website elements?

As everyone is aware, with GDPL in effect, all websites have new cookie policy bars.

The problem is that often there is a conflict between the assistant and the cookie bar, causing new visitors not to see the assistant and, consequently, not convert.

Always aiming to protect your conversion rate, we have created a solution so you can position your assistant without conflicting with your site's cookie bar.

• Access your Dashboard and go to the Manage Flows tab.
• Click on Edit:
• Find the Design tab and increase the spacing bar until your assistant no longer conflicts with the cookie bar. Simply save your flow and test it on your website.
• There you go! Now you just need to repeat the process for your other flows, and you will achieve the result you need.
