How does the free trial work?
Once you activate the integration with Google Calendar, the trial will begin. You can register as many sales representatives as necessary during the trial period. After the trial, you'll need to decide on the best strategy based on the number of sales representatives.
Who can subscribe?
This feature is available for paid versions (any plan) or trial accounts.
How can I subscribe?
During the trial period, we will have a contact available to answer any questions about the functionality and subscription process. If you are interested in subscribing, you can discuss it with this same contact through WhatsApp.
How does the subscription work?
The functionality is activated per sales representative, with a cost of R$49.00 per month per sales representative.
How do I organize my subscription according to my sales representatives?
The number of sales representatives registered in your flow should be equal to the number of sales representatives you intend to subscribe. For example, if you have 5 sales representatives registered in your flow, you should subscribe to 5 sales representatives. If you want to subscribe fewer or more than 5 sales representatives, you need to unregister or register more sales representatives in your flow before proceeding with the subscription.
How does the payment work?
The invoice is generated at the time of subscription, with a validity period of 3 days. You can choose to pay by credit card, boleto (bank slip), or Pix. The functionality is activated upon subscription, and if the payment is not made, it will be blocked on the due date. This invoice will be separate from your regular Leadster monthly fee.
Can I subscribe or cancel sales representatives?
Yes, you can add or remove sales representatives from your plan whenever necessary. Please note that the discount or additional cost will be applied to the next generated invoice, based on the number of sales representatives.
