How to discard unqualified leads using conditionals

Did you know that with the conditional functionality, you can also discard unqualified leads, reducing the workload for your sales and marketing teams?

In this tutorial, we will see how to set up this configuration in your flow.

Below is an example of receiving a commercial proposal, which includes two cities where the company operates. It also contains the option "other," which, in this example, is used to indicate that the company does not currently operate in another city but is capturing information about where people would like the service in the future.

When the lead is filling out the chat and selects the option "Rio de Janeiro," they will be redirected to the WhatsApp of the main office.

Note in the table below that there is a schedule of days and hours of operation already defined, as well as the WhatsApp number of the main office, which will send the predefined message from the last frame directly to this number.

The same applies to the city of São Paulo. Note that the WhatsApp redirection number is the only field that changes, as it corresponds to a branch office.

Finally, a very important point:In the first image of this tutorial, we also saw the option Other.

In this case, the lead who selects this option may not be interesting to keep in the database for direct approach, but it may be useful to capture some information from them, such as the name of the city where they wish to be served in the future. And the last step would be to configure the discard of this lead.

Note that in the Condition field, there is an asterisk (*). This means that it is configured to discard this lead. When you click on the field, you will see this window.

Simply activate the option to Discard unqualified lead and click Save. There you go! This was an example of how to discard leads using conditionals.
