How to change or add new emails to receive your leads


Hello!


For each flow on your site, you can add emails to which leads will be sent. Follow the instructions below to add or update the recipient emails. Shall we? 😊


  1. Access the Platform and click on Manage Flows.
  2. Select the flow where you want to add/edit the notification email for new leads and click Edit.
  3. Then, click on option 3, Integrate with your systems.
  4. Under Lead Recipient Emails, simply add, remove, or edit the notification emails for new leads.

  • You can add one or more emails to each flow.
  • Each flow can be customized with a different email if desired.
