How to change or add new emails to receive your leads

For each flow present on your website, you can add emails where the leads will be sent.


Follow the instructions below to add or modify the email addresses for receiving notifications.


Let's get started!


  1. Access the Platform and click on Manage Flows.
  2. Select the flow where you want to include/edit the notification email for new leads and click on Edit.
  3. Click on option 3 - "Integrate with your systems".
  4. In Emails to Receive Leads, simply add, delete, or edit the email addresses for receiving notifications of new leads.


Done! Now you can direct your leads to your entire sales or support team.
