How to Fix Errors on the Calls Page Using AI

Did you spot this error on the "AI Calls" tab?

Let us show you how to fix it!

This issue occurs when the URL provided during the creation of your account is invalid. There are two ways to correct this. The first one is by clicking on "Change it right now":

This option will automatically take you to the page where you can correct your site's URL. In the highlighted option, you can add the correct URL and then click on "Save changes":

All done! After that, you can return to the "AI Calls" page, and it will be updated with the correct information.

The second way to fix it, or even change the URL if needed at some point, is by clicking on your company's name in the upper right corner of the screen, and then clicking on "My Account":

After that, you should go to the "Company Information" option:

Clicking on the above option will take you to the screen where the correct URL can be added:

After correcting it, just click on "Save changes," and when you return to the "AI Calls" page, you'll have the correct information!
