How to Add Intent Conditionals in Leadster AI

We now have a new feature in the AI block: intent analysis!

During the conversation, the assistant will automatically redirect the visitor to a specific conditional when it identifies one of the predefined intents.

Practical example:

If the lead is having trouble completing a purchase and mentions it during the conversation, the AI will direct the customer to the configured conditional so they receive specific assistance on that matter.

In this case, I directed the customer to my support team, which will assist them in completing the purchase.


How to configure?

It's very simple!

  1. First, add the AI Assistant block.
  2. Then, in the Intent Analysis field, simply select one or more intents.

Our product team has listed the most recurring causes in AI-assisted interactions, and these are the available options:

⚠️ Currently, it's not possible to create custom intents, but our product team is working on it!


  1. After selecting an intent, a Conditional block will automatically be added.
  2. Once this configuration is done, just Save the flow.

With this, you can develop smarter and more personalized conversation flows that dynamically adapt to what the lead types, going beyond fixed responses and creating more natural and effective interactions!
